My Background in Oregon
I am a Licensed Psychologist with over 8 years of experience in the mental health field and have served Portland, OR (and Oregon more broadly) since 2020. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, LGBTQ+ health, and gender-affirming care. You will find more information about my background in Oregon on this page. I am dedicated to providing high-quality, personalized services to my clients. Get to know me better and learn how I can help you achieve your goals.
Oregon and the Pacific Northwest is a beautiful place with a lot to offer. The selected photos below were taken by friends or by me personally. I was fortunate enough to be accepted at Portland Psychotherapy in Portland, OR where I completed my residency (i.e., post-doctoral training) during 2020 and 2021. My training at Portland Psychotherapy focused on treating anxiety-related disorders, continued growth in working from an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) perspective, and psychedelic integration and safety. This was still in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic and most of the training occurred via telehealth. During that time, I also became licensed in Oregon at the Master’s level as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). After completing my residency, I relocated back to Las Vegas, NV to work as a staff psychologist at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. However, I retained my ability to practice in OR and became fully licensed as an Oregon Psychologist. I often work with transgender and non-binary youth, their families, and young adults receiving gender care services at OHSU’s Transgender Health Program and Randall Children's Gender Care Center.
